These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Domus AI Content web application (hereinafter "Application"), operated by Domus Digital (hereinafter "Operator"). By using the Application, the user agrees to these Terms in full.
Domus AI Content is an AI content creation platform that enables the creation of posts using artificial intelligence, management of marketing campaigns, image generation, and publishing content to social networks (e.g. Instagram). The service is provided in the scope and form available at any given time.
Full use of the Application requires registration. The user is obliged to provide true and complete information. The user is responsible for protecting login credentials. The Operator is not liable for account misuse resulting from insufficient protection of login credentials by the user.
Certain features of the Application (e.g. AI text and image generation) are charged through a credit system. The user obtains credits through registration (welcome package) or by purchasing them. Pricing and purchase conditions are published in the Application. Purchased credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for money unless otherwise required by law.
Content created by the user in the Application (projects, campaigns, ads) remains the property of the user. The user grants the Operator a licence to store, process and display this content to the extent necessary for providing the service. Content generated by artificial intelligence based on user input is provided to the user for use in their marketing activities.
The Operator is not liable for content created by the user or for outputs of AI generators. The user is obliged to verify the suitability and legality of generated content before publishing it. The Operator is not liable for service outages, data loss or indirect damages arising in connection with the use of the Application, unless otherwise required by law.
Processing of personal data is governed by the principles set out in the Operator's privacy policy. By using the Application, the user agrees to the processing of data to the extent necessary for providing the service.
The Application allows integration with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other services. Use of these integrations is subject to the terms of the respective providers. The Operator is not liable for the availability and functionality of these services.
The Operator may restrict or terminate the provision of the service, or cancel the user's account in case of breach of these Terms. The user may cancel their account at any time. After account cancellation, user data may be archived for a limited period.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of significant changes by email or notice in the Application. Continued use of the Application after the effective date of changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In case of dispute, the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. Failure to comply with individual provisions does not release the user from the obligation to comply with the remaining provisions.
